Australia's star tennis player Nick Kyrgyos has confessed to attacking former girlfriends. He accepted his crime, but the criminal defects have been saved. In fact, 27-year Kyrgyzy lawyers attempted to dismiss the charge on the basis of mental health. However, he failed in it. After this Kyrgyz had to accept his fault in Canberra's court.
Kyrgios admitted that he pushed his ex-girlfriend Chiara Pesari to the pavement. The magistrate then described the incident as senseless and an act of desperation. This is how Nick escaped a criminal record. In fact, last year Chiara Pasari accused Kyrgios of assault. Chiara had alleged that she was attacked in December last year.

Chiara had told that there was an argument between the two in 2021. After this, Pasari was preventing Kyrgios from taking the car ahead. On this the Australian player pushed him. Pasari reported this to the police the following month, but did not make a formal complaint. The two reconciled, but after the break-up, Pasari lodged a formal complaint.
Kyrgios' lawyer Michael Kukulis said Kyrgios was trying to defuse the fight by calling a taxi and had repeatedly tried to take Pasari away from the car before the incident. It was out of desperation that my client reacted and committed the crime. Magistrate Beth Campbell then said - You are a young man who was trying to get himself out of an emotional situation.

The magistrate said- I am treating you the same way I treat any other young person in this court. You are young and play tennis. Seeing you and your family shows that there is so much love and support around you. Please tell that Kyrgios has come in controversies many times. He has been seen many times breaking the racket in the tennis court. He has also been fined several times.
